واکاوی مفهوم قابلیت‌های فناورانه

چکیده

اهمیت «قابلیت‌های فناورانه» در پیشرفت صنایع و شرکتهای مختلف صنعتی هر روز بیشتر از قبل نمایان می‌شود. پژوهشگران حوزه مدیریت فناوری این مفهوم را نه تنها عامل کلیدی در توسعه شرکت‌ها، بلکه عامل مهمی در توسعه و پیشرفت کشورها ذکر می‌کنند. علی رغم این تاکیدها، ادبیات این حوزه از پراکندگی رنج برده و تعاریف گوناگونی از آن ارائه شده است. این امر باعث می‌شود استفاده مدیران و مسئولین صنعتی از این موضوع دشوار گردد. در این مقاله تلاش داریم تا با واکاوی عمیق تعاریف ارائه شده در خصوص «قابلیت‌های فناورانه» زمینه را برای استفاده هرچه بیشتر سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران صنعتی فراهم کنیم. در این راستا با استفاده از روش تحقیق «مرور نظام‌مند» پژوهش‌های مختلف انجام شده در سطح بین المللی از پایگاه اطلاعاتی «Article Gate» شناسایی شده و ضمن تحلیل آنها، مفهوم قابلیت‌های فناورانه تبیین شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مفهوم قابلیت‌های فناورانه متناسب با شرایط و اقتضائات شرکت‌ها متفاوت بوده لذا سه ساحت برای آن در نظر گرفته شد که عبارتند از «توانمندی تقلید و کپی‌سازی»، «توانمندی بهبود» و «توانمندی نوآوری».
